Guam (a US territory) was the first time I encountered Homeland Security. The process was pretty rigid and everyone had to partly undress to be searched. I presented my passport to a large dark woman bulging in her black uniform with all the shiny silver attachments. "And why have you come to Guam" she boomed. I was tempted to say to see you but thought now is not the time to be a smart arse lol too many Americans with guns all around. Dave R.
