Depends where you were looking. MFS own 38% of MFS NZ. In the MFS NZ Half Yearly they had NZ ~$382 million liabilities due in six months.
In relation to MFS... There exposure was via this (from the annual report)
..."The Company has provided MFS Pacific Finance Limited (Pacific), a New Zealand associate, with a put option such that it will purchase any of Pacific’s assets at cost in certain circumstances. At balance date, Pacific had total assets of NZ$397,037,183. A current provision has been made
for any expected loss (see note 25)."...
