Sounds like i have been through similar situation to you. His advice... once there in your name thats it!!! You woud have to sell and then buy back in in your wifes name..Sucks! PS Dont put them in your kids names even worse you get taxed at the top rate right from the start... I got that one wrong too! Maybe you should seek some professional advice. Wouldnt cost that much and will probably save you heaps. I know i would have done things a lot differently knowing what i know now..
