something like:-
Big Buyer: Hey MR Stockbroker, how about getting all those illinformed OSH holders to sell there shares, just tell them to dump it onto the market....
Mr Stockbroker: No worries mate, consider it done.
1 day later.
OSH wealth transferred from the uninformed owners to very clever market manipulators and the big money who wants in.
