Can anyone tell me what are the rules for reporting changes in substantial holdings. Must any change be reported or only above a certain siz. Can a sustantial holder sell like this with a bot and not report or is the tequirement triggered after selling a certain % from previous reported holding?.
Any time limit on reports also?
