Agree TB - I doubt the FDA would get that loose and as you say it's a different threshold for cancer (no matter what the age I suspect). I am probably drawing too long a bow here but it is probably why Hayes was so happy about the toxicity levels not being a problem yet and that is what would have kept him awake at night - I think the Cures Act relaxing FDA standards plus low or zero toxicity is what shortens the runway and why these bigger early stage deals of late and why we could potentially be looking at one in 2018.
