yes I am hoping we don't hit a major hurdle. The rest of the market is pricing in a major hurdle or 2 and will only get excited once those hurdles are jumped. I don't think they have really grasped the potential possible, as in reality the hurdles should be in place to keep us at a mulitple or 2 below value, but right now we are a logarithmic number below. IMHO of course.
