"most his posts are copy paste from term sheets" .. I completely agree.. and that is a good thing... He goes through the prospectus and anlsyses all teh relevant info and then copy and pastes what really matters. This helps you remember many of the important aspects of the business and the IPO and the way it is being handled. If you think it is a 5 minute job then go ahead and show us.
