Why on earth would anyone with money and a reputation say "yeah attach my name to this business that's going to fail that I see no purpose in and along the way I wont take any money, I will just take a share of that exact business that when it fails I get nothing". So for the pleasure of adding my name I not only get a blemish on a business level and there's no compensation for it either.
