Completely understand the anticipation, but this is extremely counterproductive. Hassling their staff through social media wastes their time and would be pretty demoralising. It also reflects negatively on the brand to their actual customers.

couldn’t agree more. Some of the dialogue here and elsewhere would totally disincentivise me if I was working on it.

Have a bit of trust in the team; become an employee; or sell your shares if you are dissatisfied.

I for one have consistently reinvested off the great work and progress I have see from the Mogul team. Hats off to them!
