Sh*ts and giggles mate that's all.

My portfolio itself is well on the way to recovery, I am optimistic about CER over the course of the next few years. I am very keen to see how the actual business relationship between CNP and CER plays out in light of the board separation.

As a pure property trust I would love to see some cream properties transferred sold into CER from CNP and some of the syndicates and CER to subsequently offload some of the lower quality U.S. Assets.
