You may be a hard worker, and do extra if required, yet your boss, may not give you anything back..
In place I have worked, the bosses that were "fair" often got the best productivity from employees, they would go the extra mile, as they knew it would be recipricol...
However it seems more and more that its becoming less and less..its all about "whats in it for me" from both sides....
