    With respect all of your points are valid and correct but are not the specific issue I wished to discuss on here.

    The fact is that the CEO in his report saw fit to raise this point with disconcertingly vague language. Just exactly what is a Capital Transaction in the context of the point he was trying to drive home in that paragraph from his report?

    The answer is either good bad or neutral. But I don't know which one.
