    Recent write downs were mostly due to revaluations but since 30th of June 2009 the according to the Reit index in US.. I have a post above that illustrate this.
    I believe if the Reit Indexes are going up since the last valuation at 30th of June. There should be a chance of valuation up 6months later, that's only my hypothesis.
