Hi all. This may be of interest? Not sure about this SCIC(Seven County Infrastructure Coalition). First time I've come across it. Must be something the counties are constructing alongside the BLM's MLP to make sure they don't miss out?. IMO its positive that six have signed already, but not sure of what there powers would be come mining lease time?
Do they have any influence on granting of leases of is it purely set up to derive benefits should mining occur in there county?IMO it is a sign that the MLP will be favourable to mining and the counties want to help any extractive industry set up to eventually yield financial benefits to that county? Any thoughts?
