Convert minimum debt to equity to secure control, flog the business and employed slaves hard, force the Class Actions into a lowly settlement, call the UK's bluff, pump up and sell off the low end legal fee generator business units, charge exhorbitant fees for any fresh debt, take all the spare cash off the table and keep the company operating on the line...possibly raise some capital from bunny shareholders for working capital so the business is operating above the line (i.e. quick ratio of > 1.0) and seek a buyer after the business returns to profitable but maybe retain some of the debt on a quarterly payment schedule with a conversion option in case the buyer gets the business flying again.
