Guys, if you were Duncan, would you like to share the 50%
profit of Vix ERG with ERG and wait several years until geting ur 115 million back? I guess youwon't.
"ERG will sell its ongoing global business operations for
approximately $115 million to Vix ERG Pty Ltd"
But where can Vix get money to do this deal?
Vix will borrow 115 million from Duncan of course! then pay it back to Duncan! that's the deal, so the new ERG still owe Duncan 115 million. The debt only been transferd, that means Duncan spend nothing but hold another 35% ERG.
That's my understanding so far untill I read the Independent Experts Report on the proposal.
