Yes very true, but why make the move now and not wait till if and when SGH were to.collapse and so their choices might be to stay on and keep collecting their salaries and working on files increase networking and contact with best clients etc in the event SGH does collapse and staff could cherry pick and buy if needed the client files at a cheaper price because I don't believe they can just steal.clients that easily if they leave now. That is why I believe SGH will survive one way or another with the current management whatever the sp does.
