I would employ all new accountants - and send in the razor gang.

I would make sure every penny was spent based on where we would make the most returns.

They need a razor sharp accounting function now to ensure efficient allocation of resources - and any loss making ventures of areas would be immediately closed.

Only a new accountant can do this - they can challenge all the sacred cows in the business.

This is urgent and it has to happen yesterday. If I didnt love my job I would put my hand up for it because there is value in this business but they have poor mgt.

The CEO must resign.
