IMO - Sit down with the Malaysian Government over the weekend and nail down a detailed timetable! If its a 3 month delay to commissioning, its a 3 month delay! and not a question mark!
If need be, put the stock in suspension and get a timeline in place before coming out of halt.
There is just too much uncertainty in the winds at the moment on timing, which, is crucial.
