First thing I'd do is run a 72 hour flow test after shut in and report results in detail to the market good or bad. Then spend the money to build pipline and plant and start selling gas over 1 - 2 months reporting weekly gas produced and rates. Then take extended results to financiers and say lend us $30m to drill 4-5 more wells and develop the field to a meaningful level.
