Actually, from Laura's reply. The answer is quite clear.

why Laura using "appreciate"??? other than "know".

I understand the underlying meaning of "appreciate" is "do not be nervous, good news coming soon".

Anyway there must be a sentiment about it. Today I nearly put a bid. Can you guys dicuss the "appreciate"? Especially the Native English speakers. I really think sth behind this word.
