No one that I am aware of is proposing anything about anihaliating islam.
Most, and certainly me, hope and view that the current terrorism we see is the act of an isolated group of deviants and that the greated bulk of the islamic communuty shares similar values to us, and, as we wish them prosperity and happiness for them and their children, they also wish us properity and happiness for us and our children, and we hope that this is achieved by all living as one integrated group in Australia and elsewhere.
There seem to some some elements in the islamic community who do not wish us prosperity and happiness for us and all our children. We would hope that the islamic community would recognise them as a dangerous poison within their midst and by informing the relevant authorities about their behaviour allow for and assist the authorities with their proosecution under the laws of our land.
This does not yet seem to be happening on a time scale that many of us find to be acceptable given the recent London atrocity.
Most us with to remain as best informed as we can about whatever actions are being vocalised that threaten us and our families, and whatever actions are being taken to counter that threat.
