if your bored please help me

i saw a thread yesterday whilst i was flicking through h/c yesterday arvo about a little ore co who had an open meeting and the hot shots running it were fielding questions about a rail line and funding etc..

a poster went to the meeting and reported his opinion on h/c.

did anyone see this thread?

if so, what was the company name please?

ive gone a total mental blank today and cannot for the life of me find that thread..

just doing some research on its possibility..

maybe a well know ticker..but i dont know it.
