I do not like this merger and I am just thinking loud here.

IF the merger was to happen KAS is doing it only for one thing and that is PALA because AMR does not have funds or profitable mine.
Now IF this merger happens and we are in production in 2018 would the company be worth 3.8c?
All of us can see that this deal is far far from " a superior proposal" and MD should explain this to his shareholders, that's his job!
