ifac deal, page-5

I haven't looked at the CMQ threads for a while. I was a long term holder of this stock and only sold (at a substantial loss) near the end to recoup a little money.

I can't find any reference to the ifac deal being in the wind or about the bondholders (stark harmony et al) being knocked over.

I'm still interested in the story - how did this happen and what are the terms of the deal that might be about to happen? I have a couple of friends who still hold their shares.
