IFCA had to acknowledge them in its proposal, of course, but it is not constrained by them at all, even if you refer to them by the fancy name for Court Orders.

Until IFCA showed up, you were proclaiming with similar absolute certainty and monotony it was extremely unlikely a refinancier would appear at all. Now you are hoping it has gone away, so soon and without announcement. Isn't this a bit presumptuous?
