Having received the IFCA proposal - something which was not contemplated when the status quo restrictions were agreed for the duration of the Appeal - Chemeq went to the court seeking consent to proceed with the proposal before the Determination was handed down instead of having to wait until after.

This was to save time only. If IFCA are genuine, and there's nothing to indicate they are not, they will be changing the dates to accommodate the court ruling. There is no point changing dates yet until the date of the Determination is known.
