Yes, it does seem a shame they don't at least be courteous and respond to emails. They can'g get too many emails. As I've said before though, my interpretation of their apathy is that they're happy to let their pending actions drive the share price at this late stage. In some ways I prefer it to others who are always trying to push up their shares. I think if a lot of people are emailing and not picking up the phone, then they're not being sufficiently determined in their investigations either.
