Sorry one more thing to add - as was raised by me when the performance options were being mooted - the little discussed issue was that an affirmative vote effectively allowed the company to re-issue another 10 or 15 percent of shares WITHOUT A VOTE. Thus in reality we could all be facing well over 110m shares on issue with no say.
I want this to go well, I have a little bit of skin in it anyway, but I am just pointing out why some of Mr Market may be discounting this company.
