Hi BK101 : thanks for the comment. You are technically correct but I was trying to keep things simple 'cos AEI's returns on $8.8 mil invested by AEI in IOOF will still relate to the performance of IOOF as a manager of significant assets. Obviously it's relatively simple for AEI to cash-out since their investment is via shares - always was their right. Pity that IOOF is embarrassed by the publicity.
