APRA’s decision to impose additional licence conditions on Insignia
Financial owned superannuation trustees
Insignia Financial Ltd (ASX: IFL) notes the decision today by the Australian Prudential
Regulation Authority (APRA) to impose additional licence conditions on the Registrable
Superannuation Entity (RSE) Licences of its superannuation fund trustees (collectively
known as the ‘Insignia Financial Trustees’).
The Insignia Financial Trustees comprise:
 IOOF Investment Management Limited (IIML);
 NULIS Nominees (Australia) Limited;
 Oasis Fund Management Limited; and
 OnePath Custodians Pty Limited.
The additional conditions partly supersede existing licence conditions imposed on IIML and
NULIS.
Insignia Financial is committed to supporting its superannuation trustees to uplift their
governance and risk management frameworks and practices to meet APRA’s requirements.
Implementation of a number of actions required under the additional licence conditions has
already commenced, including work to uplift products and systems.
Insignia Financial is confident this process will support its ambition to create financial
wellbeing for all Australians.
