With PPT having a bad day, there could be some switching occurring from PPT to IFL.
Also, at this price, it is a potential yield play.
The risks of a) is the yield sustainable and b) are there any more skeletons in the cupboard are probably what is keeping the stock in the 8's rather than than the 10's
