Firstly it could have just been someone with some cash discovered TV2 and bought.

It can also be that someone is aware of a management decision to sign a contract with TV2, or that PGASCOM sorted the Indonesian anti-corruption requirements out or anything else.

TV2 will only able to release this to the market when a contract is actually signed or when PGASCOM confirms the details and the go-ahead to TV2.

This can take weeks.
