    I believe that there is Insider trading on the ASX on a daily basis.

    Of course it is illegal and so it should, but there is little that the ASX or any other regulator can actually do when the insider knowledge is communicated without any proof.

    It is up for the ASX to set the rules and for the individual to have some ethics to follow these rules.
