Investors that are reliant on dividends might also be happy to know that IFL intend to maintain the 2018 dividend at 2017 levels and that it will not be impacted by the reduced EPS caused by the additional shares on issue (whilst the new business is being embedded and prior to the additional EPS flowing through).
Happy to also see that current shareholders will also get a chance to pick up shares under the SPP and that IFL have not simply elected to raise all the funding via an institutional placement.
