The NAIF loan has never specified a desirable length PPA, just that it is 'to the satisfaction of NAIF'. The non-binding EA TS was 20 years + 10 option. On the table now is 10 years + option.
IMO 10 years would be more than enough, with some tweaked repayment modelling for how years 11-30 could look. However, in recent weeks we have seen commentary about the difficulty in getting PPA's across the line, REH devs and QLD gov't grandstanding over needing immediate funds for local projects in lieu of a floundering NAIF. I do not believe in coincidence.
