Strong result today from TLT...Snowtown 2 sale unlocking balance sheet value - ie doubling net assets.
Interesting to see TLT have development option including 'thermal/gas' firming in VIC.
Suggest IFN management take a look at TLT actions e.g potential to selldown Alinta/Capital given their relative long dated offtake arrangements with AGL/Sydney desal etc to recycle investment funding or further strengthen balance sheet.
Given the strong environment for Financial sponsors (Funds) searching for yield, IFN may be able to sell the WF's well above book value.
