Iderdrola should be paying a premium - not just asset backing - for a pure wind-only operation with battery and gas 'firming' and no solar.
If IFN retains its independence after this battle, a real case can be made for buying second-hand wind farms. Adding a battery to soak up intermittent volts to despatch into peaks transforms them. If it later wants to re-turbine with bigger more efficient models, fine.
