Mr Market has consistently overbid all takeover offers, and at considerable depth.
A continuing IFN is a distinct possibility, also my preferred outcome. I wonder whether a break fee is payable if the approved bid is withdrawn.
If IFN fights on, it will need new management, a capital raise and fresh WF projects.
The Johns Liang auction will reveal much. It might take a while to close.
