EA has the option to purchase our 50% for a significant fixed-fee after 30 years. It is optional and, of course, they must exercise their ten and twenty-year extension options to be eligible. Who knows what the market/asset will look like then. They're enabling us to pay it off and pay dividends so I can't complain as it feels win/win.
Also, there are still our K2H equity partners 50% which will likely acquire/obtain fractional ownership of if this eventuates and we prefer to retain ownership instead of utilising the lump sum.
