Are you sure the leadtime isn't representative of that just that entity? AGL have effectively signed a PPA (right to discharge) on the the batteries... the entity that they have signed with run solar farms.... so I think this deal may be more likely tied to the timing of the solar farm install - which will feed into the batteries rather than the availability of batteries in general...
