The FCAS revenues are disappearing as more batteries are installed also shrinking the high/low price arbitrage.
There are still major gains available to IFN in installing a battery at Capital, to direct intermittent and low value night generation to its own battery rather than feeding someone else's for free. A battery at Smithfield probably won't work.
