Ha! Who can say. I am not a big fan of broker analysis, save as a check of my own assessments. "He who steals from nature steals best."
Morningstar has it on a P/E of 8.2 and a P/B of 0.79 which is really cheap.
It too thinks the 1c div per HY is sustainable, which puts it on a forward div yield of 4.2% unfranked.
I don't think Mr Market has his mind around the significance of Smithfield - I did not at first either. I am now a fan, as my copious comments show.
I forecast 70c when Mr Market sees what has been done here, though that may not happen until after 1H results in Feb 2020.
