I can't answer directly but I wonder if Infigen and Iberdrola are getting nervous about support for the bid.
I say that because I had 2 phonecalls last night asking my intention to take-up the offer. The first was from IFN with the caller asking if I was aware of the bid, had I received the information booklets and, lastly, would I accept. The second was from Iberdrola and was pretty much the same as the one from IFN, ie there's a bid and what's my intention.
Considering the number of securities I own isn't enough to be a rounding error on any shareholder register things must be pretty grim if my piddling amount is needed for a successful bid.
BTW, my answers to the IFN call were yes, yes and not at 89 cents.
