    no dividends allowed during offers... as it voids offers and also incurs a break fee on both offers...

    IFN has no franking credits available either... so the point of a special dividend is largely lost... they have cash on hand... but they also have a large debt... any reduction in cash would reduce value of business and as a result - revalue offers.
