    I'm out also. It was only a cent and a bit better than the offer and less than I'd have liked but UAC folding was the final straw.

    Been here since the bad ol' Babcock days so whatever I could get is merely lessening the loss. If there's another bid, or substantial business turnaround, good luck to those who've held on.
