I agree @maan...I responded by voting Take No Action to the TO...sellout is not enough description @baldynumbers. Management agreed to an offer that most if not all shareholders (for the exception of TCI) would reject without hesitation. Iberdola's offer is not a superior offer when compared to UAC's. Smoke and mirrors mostly, usual M&A guff across both offers. I hope most shareholders agree with our sentiment, that they side with us and vote accordingly.
A better offer is a wish really, but the value of IFN as a business is multiples of its current share price. I would prefer to continue having ownership of IFN, in the longer term for this reason. We should put up a fight to get a fair price.
