My modest research https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/22989218/single assembling the facts around the equity partnership for Bodangora has been overtaken by events.

    The Wellington Times reports:

"Infigen and its development partner have also reached an in-principle agreement for Infigen to acquire its development partner’s 50% equity interest in Bodangora for an agreed amount.

"That transaction is intended to be completed prior to financial close.

"As a result, Infigen will own 100% of the Bodangora project and be responsible for the equity component of construction funding, which can be funded from existing cash reserves.

No problem. I would prefer IFN own the project entirely and enjoy all revenues.  Strong cashflow in the last year or so makes this possible without borrowing.

A 20% increase in generating capacity is very welcome. Prepare for a re-rate of the share price. Up.
