They have said that they want a 45% emissions target reduction. Remember that the NEG was initially proposing 26% and the criticism was that this target wouldn't really incentivise much new renewable development (i.e. we were already about to achieve that target anyway with what's currently being developed). A 45% target would really push for plenty of new projects and thus make IFN's undeveloped pipeline very interesting.
